What was your first cosplay?
My first Cosplay was a Batman costume that I made based on the Dark Knight, I used foam and other materials, glued, sewed and bolted together. That took me about 6 weeks to finish. What motivated you to make this particular cosplay?
What motivated me was I love Batman! But not just that, I look at something and think "can I make that?" As you can see here with my Optimus Prime and Bumblebee costumes. Optimus is 10 feet tall and Bumblebee is 7 feet tall, both hand made and each took about 7 weeks to complete. Batman is my favourite character to cosplay though. |

How long have you been cosplaying?
I have been cosplaying for around the last 5 years. What is the best cosplay you have seen? Can I only choose one? There are so many talented people out there. I love big builds, they are very eye catching and get a lot of attention, so I'd have to say Thomas DePetrillo and the Extreme Costumes. His Hulk Buster suit is amazing |

Who's your biggest inspiration?
Mmmm tricky one, I don't really have one in particular, there are a few cosplayers I follow and I love what they have created. I use some tips from them when making my stuff but mostly my stuff is free-hand. I just seem to have a knack of getting it right...most of the time haha.
What's the best and worst part of your Batman cosplay?
The best part of the Batman costume is the details, it's always in the details. The worst part...the heat. You get very hot in these.

I don't really read comics but favourite film...hmmm that is tricky but I'd say the Batman 1989 Keaton movie. But my favourite Batman to date is Ben affleck. However, Kevin conroy has the best voice.
