BATMAN #21

My first pick of the week is issue 21 of Batman. This is the issue we have all been waiting for as the Watchmen crossover begins! Artist Jason Fabok is on form here with some awesome splash pages and action scenes as well as genius panelling sequences that mirror the original Watchmen graphic novel which is a really nice touch.

SECRET EMPIRE #0

​My second pick of the week is issue zero of secret empire. This is book totally blew me away! Artist Daniel Acuna does a fantastic job of drawing Marvels massive and diverse cast of superheroes all spot on and true to original likeness whilst holding together a book so big that it is positively bursting at the seems with explosive action and drama.
